ICDS supports children with special needs and their families so they can: Develop gross motor, fine motor, communication, social and problem-solving skills Participate with other children to enjoy typical childhood experiences Enjoy a variety of home and community activities Through partnerships with families, physicians and other community programs, ICDS supports children and families to reach their potential. Specialized ServicesSpecialized services enhance developmental assessments and individual treatment plans in the areas of: Sensory integration Pediatric feeding programs Adaptive equipment assessments Developmental play groups Individual treatment sessions Services can be arranged in a variety of settings that are best for the children and their families at our center, in families’ homes or in other community sites. Costs and Payment OptionsFor children under age three, ICDS offers early intervention evaluations and case management at no cost to families For all children, the program accepts Medicaid and third-party health insurance ICDS scholarships may also be available to offset tuition costs through ARC’s annual Ladybug fundraising events.
